Oursqft enables tenant brokers to help their clients find suitable lease properties at potential discounts.
Landlord brokers will have the benefit of tapping into a market of eager tenants that have already completed an initial screening process.
Landlord brokers can work closely with a landlord to create a landlord profile and upload property information through the landlord’s account.
When a tenant registers on Oursqft, they can designate a tenant broker by entering their information. Brokers will then be included in all relevant communications between the tenant and Oursqft.
Oursqft will share a portion of auction platform fees paid by landlords upon successful completion of a lease. The portion, which may be up to 50% of such fees will be agreed to with the tenant broker in advance.
Tenant brokers will sign a Tenant Broker Agreement.
A broker’s involvement in the auction process is determined by their client.
